LeadWhispering connects SaaS advertisers with independent newsletter creators for one-off product launches. By using the service you agree to these terms.
For a flat $99 launch fee, we hand-match your product to a curated set of niche newsletters who feature it in an upcoming issue. We are a matchmaking and tracking service — we are not an advertising network and we do not guarantee any specific number of clicks, signups, or sales.
The launch fee is charged at submission via Stripe and covers matching, tracked links, and reporting. If we reject your launch during review, or we cannot place it with any newsletters, the fee is refunded in full. If your launch ships but receives fewer than 30 payout-eligible clicks across all newsletters, your next launch is free.
This is the most important term. LeadWhispering does not process or hold newsletter payouts. After a launch closes, you agree to pay each publishing newsletter directly — using the payout details we provide — within 14 days. Payouts are based on payout-eligible (unique, bot-filtered) clicks at approximately $1 per click, with a $15 per-newsletter minimum and capped by the click budget you set, except that the minimum is always honored. Repeatedly failing to pay newsletters will result in removal from the platform.
Payouts are based on payout-eligible clicks, which differ from the raw totals in your own analytics. See our FAQ on click counting for the full explanation. Our tracking figures are final for payout purposes.
We may reject any launch at our discretion, including products that are deceptive, illegal, adult, or a poor fit for our newsletters. Rejected launches are refunded.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the $99 launch fee you paid for the launch in question.
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
