Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect and why. We collect as little as we can to run launches and pay newsletters fairly.

1. Account data

For advertisers and newsletter creators we store the details you give us — name, email, product or newsletter information, and payout details. We use these to operate your account, run launches, and contact you about them.

2. Click tracking

Each launch uses a tracked link. When a reader clicks, we record the visit so we can compute fair, payout-eligible click counts. We store a one-way hash of the visitor's IP address (never the raw IP for payout purposes), along with coarse data such as country, browser, and device type. We use this only to de-duplicate clicks and filter bots — not to build advertising profiles of readers.

3. Processors we use

• Stripe — processes the $99 launch fee and issues invoices. We never see your full card details.
• Mailgun — sends our transactional emails.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

4. What we don't do

We don't sell your data, and we don't process newsletter payouts — advertisers pay newsletters directly, so we never hold those funds.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@leadwhispering.com. We retain launch and payout records as needed for accounting and dispute resolution.
